We were actually surprised. This is a very nice fire pit. We did, however change the rock to fire glass which really made it Pop works as advertised. No issues were very happy with it.

Purchasing was the simplest part of installing our fireplace. We dealt with very helpful folks, and the fireplace arrived on schedule. But the final installation took longer than expected because of the workplace's present circumstances. We are overjoyed to have it at this point. I'd give it a five-star rating because it performs just as promised. Here in Florida, on a cool night, we like the heat, and the brilliant, lovely colors.

They complained about how it was a waste of money to buy a refrigerator when I first bought it for my parents. My parents, on the other hand, have been incredibly appreciative and pleased with it since the delivery men installed it. This is worthwhile. Totally!
This range hood was purchased for a kitchen renovation and it works perfectly. It is a nice range hood for the price. It works great and fits perfectly over the stove.
I was enjoying cooking in my kitchen on my new range very much. In every way, it is incredible. The slight delay in delivery was well worth it, though! They have a fantastic support staff that is extremely knowledgeable about the products they sell. Definitely going to purchase from this store again!
It arrived sooner than I had anticipated, or rather, we had anticipated. When it arrived, it was in excellent condition with no dents or scratches at all. Excellent in person. The noise level is not excessive, and the suction is excellent.
Amazing! This fireplace is my FAVORITE. How so? It nicely fits in the little room we just renovated. It looks costly and contemporary while also adding a sense of luxury. I adore the wood texture and the glass's rich highlights. The fireplace wheels into position directly out of the box and is ready to use. Since I tend to over organize my space, that is a distinct perk. Additionally, it can be used as a source of heat or simply for the attractive flames to decorate your space. The fact that the flames may be adjusted to be brilliant or light, large or small, in my opinion, is pretty cool. It goes without saying that I adore this fireplace. I'm really happy to have it.

outstanding but needs a technician to assemble
We are enjoying our double oven fuel range. it bakes better than any oven we've ever had, and we love the rotisserie function in both ovens. The color fits beautifully in kitchen and the burners are great. Our main complaint is I let the salesperson know that we use propane and even though a propane conversion kit was provided, it requires a trained technician to convert it. This cost us an additional $500 to have done. Had this not been the case we would rate the purchase 5 stars. In addition, the 3rd party delivery service dropped off the oven, left it on the pallet in our kitchen and did not remove the box or trash after uncarting it. This left a sour taste in our mouth.
Part doesn't work with my wood stove (I would like to send it back) so I contacted customer service via email and they told me I have to contact customer service @myfireplaceproducts. I contacted them via email and they are telling me I have to get in contact with primply.
