Do you charge sales tax?

Only on orders shipped to New York. Orders shipped to any other state carry no sales tax.

How does freight delivery work?

Stoves, fireplaces and outdoor kitchens ship by freight carrier, curbside. The carrier calls ahead to schedule a drop-off day with you. Inspect the crate on arrival; if anything is damaged, note it with the driver and send us photos within 48 hours and we exchange it.

Can I pay over time?

Yes. Shop Pay Installments and Klarna are both offered at checkout. Pick the plan and see the monthly amount before you confirm.

Do you price match?

Yes, against other authorized dealers. Find the same model advertised lower and tell us before you order. What usually differs between dealers is freight, sales tax and what is in the box: ours is free freight and no tax outside New York. Price-match details.

Does the federal wood-stove tax credit still apply?

No. The federal 25C credit for biomass stoves ended for stoves placed in service after December 31, 2025, so a stove installed in 2026 does not qualify, whoever sells it. Some retailers still advertise it. State, county and utility change-out rebates are separate and worth checking. This is not tax advice.
