Sizing: how long is each layout?
A Mont Alpi island is a row of modules, so it grows with each add on. Mont Alpi lists these overall widths for 805 islands: 94 inches for the base island, 132 inches with a beverage center, 142 inches with a kegerator, and 180 inches with a kegerator and a beverage center. All are 23 inches deep and 35 inches high at the counter. The base 400 island is 82 inches wide.
To turn a corner, add the 90 degree corner cart (25 x 25 x 35 inches) or the 45 degree corner cart (20 x 21 x 35 inches). Mont Alpi says each one fits any Mont Alpi island.
Add on modules
Propane or natural gas?
The 400, 805 and Art-Wood islands and the built in grills come propane ready, with a propane hose and regulator. Mont Alpi lists the 957 islands as natural gas and propane ready, with a propane hose and regulator included. To run a propane ready island or grill on natural gas, add the Mont Alpi natural gas conversion kit (MANGK). Each island here is sold as one version, so add the kit to your order if your patio has a natural gas line.
Built in grills and pizza ovens
Building your own island? The 32 inch MABi400 has four burners, 63,000 BTU and a 28 x 18 inch cooking surface. The 44 inch MABi805 has six burners, 87,000 BTU and a 38 x 18 inch cooking surface. Both have a ceramic infrared rear burner, a rotisserie kit with electric motor and a weather cover. Both also come in black stainless steel, such as the MABi400-BSS. Mont Alpi says the brackets give extra room for most 4 burner and 6 burner cutouts.
For pizza, Mont Alpi makes the portable tabletop MAPZ-SS oven and the MASBP side burner pizza oven, which fits any side burner.
What comes with each island
Each module is delivered fully assembled. Deluxe and Black islands include a rotisserie kit, a full size weather cover and a granite chopping board. On the Original 805, the weather cover and the rotisserie kit are options. Mont Alpi covers are custom made for each layout, so pick the cover that matches your island.
