The Everdure FUSION charcoal grill by Heston Blumenthal is great for outdoor grilling anywhere you want to be. The FUSION series grills are made of powder-coated steel and have a Fast Flame Ignition System that, at the touch of a button, uses a heating element that ignites your charcoal and has you ready to start grilling in roughly 10 minutes.
With the patent pending Rotiscope Technology rotisserie system, you get a built-in rotisserie that can be accessed by pressing and popping out the rotisserie support poles on the top of the grill and inserting the stowed rotisserie rod into them. The rotisserie includes ClipLock Forks that have a jaw-like design for keeping your food securely in place no matter if you are roasting a small chicken or a suckling pig. The rotisserie is capable of supporting up to 30 lbs and has 3 height settings.
The built-in heat protection shield provides enhanced protection on any surface when grilling in almost any environments. Chrome hinged grill grates allow you to easily access the porcelain enamel firebox for adding or redistributing the charcoal and the porcelain enamel charcoal tray allows for easy charcoal removal.

I'm working with ZLINE direct to arrange the return. Their customer service team is reviewing the case and has been very helpful so far? let's see if they admit this model is effectively a disposable unit, once the permanent aerator gets fouled up with mineral deposits and dirt...

We were actually surprised. This is a very nice fire pit. We did, however change the rock to fire glass which really made it Pop works as advertised. No issues were very happy with it.

outstanding but needs a technician to assemble
We are enjoying our double oven fuel range. it bakes better than any oven we've ever had, and we love the rotisserie function in both ovens. The color fits beautifully in kitchen and the burners are great. Our main complaint is I let the salesperson know that we use propane and even though a propane conversion kit was provided, it requires a trained technician to convert it. This cost us an additional $500 to have done. Had this not been the case we would rate the purchase 5 stars. In addition, the 3rd party delivery service dropped off the oven, left it on the pallet in our kitchen and did not remove the box or trash after uncarting it. This left a sour taste in our mouth.
Part doesn't work with my wood stove (I would like to send it back) so I contacted customer service via email and they told me I have to contact customer service @myfireplaceproducts. I contacted them via email and they are telling me I have to get in contact with primply.
